This page is aimed at describing the site procedures and the processing of its users’ personal data, that will be processed lawfully, fairly, relevantly and not excessively.

This notice is given pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with web services of Lasering, accessible by internet starting from the page:, corresponding to the homepage of the official website of Lasering Srl.

The information applies only to the website of Lasering Srl only, and not for any other websites viewed by the user through links.

The information is based on Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established. 29 of the Directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.


As a consequence of the use of the website,  information concerning identified or identifiable people might  be processed.

The owner of data resulting from the use of the  website is Mr. Dante Marchi.


The data processing related to the online services of this site are handled by technical staff in the offices of Lasering Srl. or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance  operations.

Processing occurs by means of data storage in the company  electronic archives ,  whose access to the data is limited to maintenance procedures in compliance with the provisions in enclosure B.

No data obtained from the web service is communicated or disclosed. 

Personal data provided by users forwarding requests of informative material (newsletters, answers to questions, catalogs, CD-ROMs, etc.)  is exclusively used to execute the requested service or performance and are only disclosed  to third parties if necessary for said purpose (dispatching services of Lasering).


Browsing data

Information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (log files) whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

Such information is not collected to be associated with identified  but could , by its nature , through processing and association with data held by third parties,  allow to identify users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request,  method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

These data are exclusively  used to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site and will be presented to the court, if  specifically requested.

Data voluntarily supplied  by users 

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to [email protected]  or to any other email addresses that belong to the company,  involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address (necessary to be able to respond to requests) and any other personal data included in the message.  

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.


Technical cookies are exclusively used to "carry out” the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary to the  provider of information society service, requested explicitly by the subscriber or user,  to provide the service "(cfr. art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).

They are not used for other purposes and are usually installed by the owner or operator of the website.

Browsing or session cookies  serve to ensure the normal navigation and use of the website.

The use of c.d. session cookies, which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed, is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers, random numbers generated by the server,  which are required for a secure and efficient website exploration.  The c.d. session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and do not allow  the acquisition of personal identification data.

Computer techniques for the direct acquisition of personal identification data are not used in any kind of way. 

Once the connection to the website is finished, the c.d. session cookies are not stored. 

Computer systems therefore do not use cookies to transmit personal information nor persistent cookies of any kind. 

To install technical cookies  the prior consent of the user is not required, while it is mandatory to specify  the informative according to art.13 of the Code, that the operator of the site , if used in the correct way only, may provide in the most appropriate way.

Also in this case, it comes to third-party cookies anonymously collected and managed to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookie). 

Google Analytics uses "cookies" to anonymously collect and analyze information regarding the use behavior when browsing the site (including your IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes it in order to draw up  reports for operators about the activities on the website itself. This site does not use (and do not allow third parties to use) the analysis tool of Google to track or collect personally identifiable information. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google or seek to link an IP address with the identity of a user. The user can decide whether to accept the cookies by using the browser settings. 

Warning:  the total or partial disabling of the technical cookies can compromise the use of the functionality of the site.

The "third party" cookies disabling does not affect the surfing in any kind of way. Finally  the best browsers allow you to define different settings for "owners" cookies and "third parties" cookies. Beside what already specified regarding the navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data filling the Lasering Srl. request forms  or when contacting the office to request the sending of informative material or other communications.

Fail to do so, may bring to the impossibility of fulfilling the request.

It must be remembered that in some cases (excluding the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information under Article 157 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data.
In these cases reply is obligatory under penalty of a fine.


Personal data are processed by automated tools for the necessary time frame to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, misuse or unauthorized and improper data access. 


The personal data owners  have the right , at any time,  to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of the legislative decree. n. 196/2003).

According to the same article the user has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of  the data in violation of the law and, in any case, the user has the right to oppose to the treatment of the said data.
